A Gathering of a Few Guests - 20 Guests

For couples wanting a celebration with only their closest friends & family, this intimate ceremony with reception includes every traditional wedding element. You & 20 other guests will enjoy your service among our gardens or in the MMW Event Center. Your reception will be in our MMW Event Center & Carriage Haus with your event lasting up to three hours.  As with all of our packages, they can be modified to meet your personal preferences and budgetary needs.

Your Gathering of a Few Guests package 3-hour event includes the following:
  • Minister/Officiate
  • Music of your choice – CD/IPOD
  • Wedding Cake or Cupcakes
    • Can be customized to your colors, flavors, fillings if desired
  • Wedding Flowers -solid  or mixed rose bouquets, garden flowers, hydrangea, sunflowers, calla lily’s
    • 1 bridal bouquet
    • 2 bridesmaid bouquets
    • 4 boutonnieres for groom & groomsmen
    • 2 corsages
  • Cocktail Reception including the following
    • Seasonal Fruit & Berry Tray
    • Garden Vegetable Tray with dips
    • Cubed Cheese Tray
    • Your choice of up to 3 additional hors d’oeuvres selected from menu
  • Non alcoholic beverages—soft drinks/bottled water
  • Honeymoon night stay for the Bride & Groom—Margaret’s Porch Suite
    • Will be same room Bride uses for dressing
  • Indoor decorative table linens, elegant disposable dinnerware, outdoor decorations
  • Set-up/Clean-up services
  • Bride/Groom/Officiate not included in 20 guest count—does include children
  • Facility Fees included

What is NOT included in the above is offered for an additional charge:

  • Bar Service—bartender services & all items related to bar service.  Serving will end 30 minutes prior to the end of 3 hours.
  • Rental of chairs, tables/linens, tents for the outside area if desired
