Couples looking for somewhere other than a restaurant to host their rehearsal dinner can be accommodated at Weller Haus.  We offer multiple options for your rehearsal dinner including use of the Carriage Haus, Great Room or MWW Event Center only or a combination of facilities.  You do NOT have to book a wedding with us in order to book a rehearsal dinner.  Our prices include only the facility rental fee.  Catering services with our in-house caterer are additional.

Carriage Haus only                Maximum 16 guests               3 hours

For a more casual environment, the Carriage Haus is a relaxed setting.  Upstairs seating for 16 and buffet style service presented in the downstairs area offers an intimate, informal area for a laid back rehearsal dinner.

Great Room only                    Maximum 18 guests               2 hours

If you’re looking for something a little more elegant, our Great Room has a stylish atmosphere.  China and linens, antiques, vaulted ceilings and skylights set the backdrop.  Enjoy a sit-down dinner where the views of wisteria, roses and bubbling rock gardens are brought in through the “wall of windows” at the back of the room.  Price includes set up/clean up and  table settings.

Mary M. Weller Event Center              Maximum 50 guests                3 hours

Our MMW Event Center provides an intimate atmosphere for up to 50 guests.  Overlooking our garden and koi ponds, this unique room is a pleasant alternative to a restaurant for your seated rehearsal dinner.  Should you choose to have a cocktail reception rehearsal dinner, combining the MMW Event Center with the Carriage Haus will allow up to 75 guests to attend your special evening.  Pricing does not include food/beverage service, table linens or tableware.
