Did you know that the Northern Kentucky region was a leading producer of wines in America in the mid-1800’s? While the wine production has scaled down somewhat, the Back Roads Wine Trail of Northern Kentucky can connect you to our local wine scene.
This trail consists of eight wineries located along beautiful country roads winding throughout northern Kentucky. They feature award-winning wines ranging from fruit wines to Chardonnay–along with an abundance of history.
These wineries are spread out in small towns with driving times from Weller Haus ranging from 20-60 minutes. Tours generally take place on weekends–Friday, Saturday or Sunday but there are times we may be able to arrange for tours and tastings on weekdays.
