Celebrate your special occasion at the Weller Haus Bed, Breakfast & Event Center of Cincinnati! Our 1700 sq. foot Event Center is an intimate alternative to a restaurant or banquet room for any of your life-noteworthy events. Sharing the beautiful garden and patio areas with our unique indoor space creates an ideal setting for your rehearsal dinner, baby or bridal shower, birthday party, holiday gathering, or reunion. Included in our facility is a reception room for attendees to gather in one location, a kitchen/bar/serving area with a fireplace, and an upstairs lounge with comfortable seating for relaxation and conversation.
We can accommodate up to 50 guests comfortably in the reception area for a sit-down meal, but can offer seating for an additional 12 guests within the bar and six in the upstairs lounge. If you are hosting a cocktail reception, our event space is suitable for up to 68 guests.
Facility rental for your four-hour event includes our standard set-up of 5 ft. round banquet tables and up to 50 chairs. We do offer 30″ round tables, as well as high-top cocktail tables, should you wish to alter the configuration or add to the bar, lounge, or outside patio. We offer Wi-Fi as well as AV equipment, including HDTV’s in all three spaces of the Event Center at no additional charge. Free parking is available on-street in front of our property; we also offer an option of paid parking in a private lot, just steps away from the Event Center.
Should you need assistance in selecting vendors for your event, we will be happy to provide a list of our preferred partners, or you may use your own service providers. Weller Haus Bed, Breakfast & Event Center does not hold a liquor license which permits you to bring your beverages of choice.
Our standard pricing for reservations booked in 2020, regardless of the date of your event), as well as available options, is shown below. All prices are subject to 6% KY sales tax. All events must conclude and the facility must be vacated by 11 pm. Pricing is subject to change but guaranteed once a contract has been signed. Rates for rentals during holiday time frames and special events are higher and will be advised at the time of inquiry.

- Table change – all 5 ft. tables changed to 30″ round – $100.00
- Black floor-length tablecloths for 5 ft. or 30″ round (there is no charge for these but you must cover the tops of these with a 70-90″ round or square topper.
