Wedding and Reception Package–$2295

If you and your partner would like to say your vows in our gardens and have your reception in our Event Center, this package is designed for up to 50 guests.  We can accommodate up to 64 with a surcharge for guests beyond 50. 

You are permitted to bring in your own food, caterer and alcohol to our facility.

The Wedding & Receptions package is a four hour event and must be completed by 10 pm unless all overnight guest rooms have been reserved on the day of your event at Weller Haus Bed & Breakfast 

The following items are included in this package for 50:

  • Table Linens/Chair Covers/Napkins (6 tables/50 napkins & White or Ivory Chair Covers)
  • Four Banquet tables and standard black/ivory/white linens for food buffet/display
  • Table Centerpiece–White lantern with LED Candle and greenery at each table
  • Outdoor Chairs (50)
  • Off-street Parking for up to 45 cars, one house away, plus free on-street parking
  • Propane for fire tables and fireplace
  • King Suite for one night–King bed with spa tub for two 
  • Early Check In (1:30 pm) and Late Check Out (12:30 pm)
  • Two engraved champagne flutes
  • Personalized Cake/Knife Serving Set
  • Pavillion and Outdoor Wedding Decor (standard version as seen in photo above–upgraded version available as an add-on)
  • Chocolate Covered Strawberries/Champagne in your suite upon arrival.
  • Large Cooler (1)/Silver Beverage buckets (5) for drinks
  • Indoor/Outdoor Set Up
  • After Party Clean Up

Optional Items for the Wedding and Reception Package:

  •  Additional Hours added to your event–front end (max 2)– $100.00 per hour
  • Upgraded outdoor Pavilion Decor–$200-$300 depending on options selected
  • Indoor Decor highlighting Bride/Groom seating area–$125
  • Surcharge for guests beyond 50 — $350.00 maximum
  • Table Change–all 5 ft. Tables changed to 30″ round —  $100.00
  • Additional 4 ft Banquet Tables–$20.00 each 
  • Round 30″ Tables–$20.00 each
  • White Ceramic Dinner Plates — $1.50 each
  • White Ceramic Salad Plates — $1.50 each
  • Flatware– $2.00/set
  • Beverage Dispensers 2 Gallon (4 available) — $15.00 each
  • Tiki Torch Fuel–$20.00
  • Fountain Torch Fuel–$25.00

Additional Wedding Needs

Depending on your plans, you may or may not have a need for the following items.  Each is priced individually based on choices you make and will be quoted by the individual vendor.  We can assist you with obtaining any of the following:

  • Catering
  • Flowers
  • Cakes/Desserts
  • Photographer

 

****During holiday time frames (Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day Weekends)  and from November 15-January 2 there is an additional “Peak demand fee” of $200.00
